First time there. Always hesitant to try a new mechanic but wasn't able to drive my car to my usual one. Fast, knowledgeable, honest and very welcoming. Called in the morning and had my car back the same day. They could have easily replaced a few things but were honest and just did the work that needed to be done. Definitely will be back! Thank you!

Trustworthy car repairs and marvellous, kind staff. They have seen me very fast every time I had concerns about my vehicle and didn’t charge me for checking when there was nothing to repair and again for tightening belts. They are quick, efficient and they do not over charge. You can see they care about their clients which is very refreshing. I’ve been to many auto repair shops in Ottawa and always came out with very expensive bills or mysterious new problems but never with this place!!!! Honest work, honest staff!

After Dilawri Chysler (Barrhaven) was not able to help all in assisting me with a Goodyear warranty claim Vinette Auto stepped up! They went over and above to get me back on the road with 4 tires!
