My kick plate on my 2016 Elantra was hanging down and full of snow. I took it to dealer who blamed my last oil change which was done weeks ago at Mr Lube and wanted to charge me 250$ to fix it. I drove to Mr Lube and John and Chad were extremely helpful Took my car in right away explained the condition of the plate and it was clear it had nothing to do with the oil change. They explained everything and fixed it at no charge. What an incredible customer service approach Thank you so much
