Excellent customer service! Cargo van is much bigger than the competitor's and for a lower price. And besides all that, Discount is a proudly Canadian-owned and operated company!

Rented a Cube Van for 1 night. Staff , Alanna , super friendly. Regular quote. She even gave me 3000km (Which wasn't needed but was very nice of them) Upon returning the vehicle, I noticed there was a 2 inch yellow paint scratch on the side of the vehicle. I told them the morning I returned the vehicle , and was told to report it on the discount phone number and that they will get back to me. I even purchased the package plan for insurance. Come to find out, not only were they absolutely easy/hassle free to deal with, they told me not to worry about the scratch it was very minor. Absolutely will be dealing with these ladies again down the road, service was excellent and I really appreciated the respect.
