We rented a car from them about 4 months ago and we really liked it. Now we’re in the car buying scene and couldn’t remember what it was. I called and spoke with Ken who was very polite, took my info, and called me back in a couple of hours. It was the middle of COVID and he was busy; but he took the time to help us out. Very polite. And professional. My call was worth zero $ to the company, but he treated me equally.
