I scheduled a appointment to get my heating core checked out on my Jeep(I actually confused my self and brought my jeep in on the wrong day! they took my jeep anyway and serviced it that day!) . I Was told by the dealer and another shop that I need a new heater core, John suggested we back flush the heating core first to see if that solves the problem and it did. They could have just changed the heating core and made money off me, But they are very professional and only do service that is required. I'm so happy to get my heat back in time for winter. Very professional and the customer service is amazing. I believe I found a new Garage. great experience! Thank you Precision Automotive.

John and team have been very helpful. Love that they do a diagnoses with pricing then feedback from me before doing any work. They also recommend and not impose on work that’s needed. First time at Precision and it was great. I went in to get the angel eye bulb replaced for my 2011 bmw 328i x drive and they did it the very next day. Great and quick service.
