Just got off the phone with this place, needed info on costs of rust repairs for a potential car purchase for a friend...dealer wanted to close quickly and not include repairs. Was well informed about the issues with that particular type of vehicle and was not rushed off the phone, nor spoken down to. They just saved him $16,000! Will definitely call them for the body work my car needs!

Another positive experience with Bemac. The proposal seemed fairly priced, they took the vehicle when they said they could, and returned it on schedule very clean. Any complications during the repair were sorted out by phone and email promptly, which is good, and the repair, somewhat minor bodywork, looks good as new. This was our fifth visit to Bemac in the last 6 years (only two were our doing), and every time it works out well. Count us as happy customers.

This is the second time I have used Bemac. The workmanship and service are top notch. From helping me deal with the insurance company to booking the rental to having everything set up to be very convenient, they nailed it. Not what I would expect from a shop but definitely a pleasant surprise. Why can’t all businesses provide this level of service?!?!?

The staff are very knowledgeable AND friendly. There was a bit if a delay in getting my car back and when i explained that i had rented a car.... they called the rental place and took care of the cost for the third day! This kind of client service speaks volumes to me and i will certainly return.
