Hi, Recently my wife and I purchased a new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado Custom right as the first stage of the Covid-19 re-opening began. While shopping around the Ottawa market, I was luckily enough to get ahold of someone at Surgenor Barrhaven. I was told someone would call me back with some information about the current stock. Later on that day, Adam Willis called and told me that he had trucks in stock and we made an appointment to look at them. Adam was straight forward. He answered all of our questions, gave us a price on trade in immediately and was very knowledgable about the product. We also found the Covid-19 protocol was second to none with sanitization of the new vehicle and show room sanitizer available. After receiving the vehicle it needed some small body work done, heated seats installed and rims put on. With a global pandemic currently going on, it’s very difficult to have care of our 3 small children while we drop off a vehicle. Surgenor Barrhaven offered us a rental vehicle for our first appointment and had the vehicle picked up and dropped back off once the work was complete for our second appointment. This small gesture made it clear that the staff at Surgenor Barrhaven go above and beyond. With a Chevrolet dealership within walking distance from my house it would be very convenient to purchase and service a vehicle with the competitor, however the staff and service at Surgenor Barrhaven cannot be compared.

My Husband and I have been searching for months to find the best deal for a reliable vehicle within our budget. I was in a fender bender, and my insurance recommended this Surgenor Body Shop. And I must say I am so grateful they did. Mike was very professional and polite. He made me feel calm in a stressful time. He even went above and beyond to confirm the rental with Enterprise as well so I didn't have to worry about it. The time it took to fix as well was so quick. It came out amazing, and you would never have guessed it was in an accident. Highly recommend them!
