I had the most outstanding experience meeting with Van Doan, a first class sales professional who made purchasing my Sonata an absolute breeze. Van was so great to talk to and a wealth of information. He outlined my car features, even demonstrating sports mode for me. He was always available by phone, even on his day off! When I picked up the Sonata, Van ensured the car was so meticulously detailed, it looked like new. Special thanks to Shawn who detailed my car to showroom perfection. To top that off, I found Vellas highly reputable with no fees, just taxes and licensing and would definitely recommend them to my friends. There aren't enough thanks or enough stars to rate this amazing customer sales experience.

Van was very helpful. There was no pressure and we came back several times to view the car again. Van was also very quick to respond via text if we had any questions. The cars at Vellas are well looked after and everyone at the dealership was professional and attentive.
