Cycle works has friendly staff. There is a wide arrangement of bikes and accessories. The displays expose everything on the outside walls so you can see everything and you don't have to look very hard for what you want. Parking is very convenient and plentiful. One star lost for the round about way of having to get to the store from the main road. Its a little confusing. Your have to drive through the truck stop to get to the store.

I have bought my africa twin here. 5 stars well deserved. Tim, Steve and Tait went above and beyond. Looking foe many years to come dealing with these folks. *Edit (Sep 2020): There are no words that could describe my experience with the team at this dealership. I was never treated as a customer here, rather a family member. Service dept. Tyler, Julia Jesse to sales Tim and Steve and even reception. Amazing folks. I recommend this business even if you're from outside the region. It's really worth it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in for the first time to see if they had an oil filter for my 1978 GS750. Not only did they have it but I was helped by bike sales to look at a CB650r and was approached by the lady doing Apparel sales and helped me fit my 5 year old for a helmet for a future B-day present.. Really impressed. Will definitely be returning for any future parts and maybe even a CB650r one day😍

Short version: Excellent experience, 5 stars. Long version: Shopping for a new motorcycle started a lifetime ago. I heavily researched my options and product lines before I went to the 2020 Edmonton Motorcycle Show. I met and spoke with Tim at that time. We emailed each other and two weeks later I found myself at their Acheson location. Steve (sales manager) and Tate (experienced rider) joined Tim and I at various points. Each offered perspectives on accessories and their real world performance. As the conversation unfolded I realized how relaxed, informative and fun it was to be in the store. And I wasn’t up-sold. In fact, we reduced some items from my list and took a wait and see approach on others. This allowed me to keep within my budget. Parts worked to source the correct hand guards I wanted, as the fitment was tight, and I appreciated his effort. Diane (finance) sealed the deal with exchange of monies. And before I left, the lady at the counter (sorry, didn’t get your name) made sure I had my cycle Works Rewards Card. Most importantly, I left feeling like I had connected with people. And I got a great deal!

Brought in a utility tire for a valve stem repair. The maintenance manager told me to wait and had it repaired within 5 minutes! Friendly staff, prompt service, and incredible price!
