I was in the city for a appointment (im from 2 hours away) when I got a flat tire. I was able to full into the Costco parking lot. I went to the Costco tire shop and asked for help but they said they were to busy to help me even though I was a member and from out of town. So I called fountain tire and they were happy to help me. They were quick to come help me, and sooo nice. They were such a big help to me I’m very happy with their service! Thank you fountain tire!

Amazing service. Just amazing! I don't use that word lightly. Took my Jeep in for an inspection because of a power steering leak. Jessica was so helpful— she was professional, extremely friendly, and made sure that I felt like a valued customer and was prioritized. I was given a very detailed quote and booked in quickly for an appointment despite the busy time of year for Fountain Tire. The service provided was excellent and I was shuttled to and from the shop without having to wait an extended period time like I have had to at other shops that offer shuttle services. In even better news, the actual bill came in less than the amount I was originally quoted. I would highly recommend them for any services that they provide and will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks Fountain Tire!

These guys are awesome! The owner, Jeff, is usually around and hands on in the business - professional, friendly, and fantastic to deal with. Sam and the rest of the team of staff are all great to deal with as well. They go out of their way to be accommodating, and obviously care tremendously about customer service, which is hugely refreshing to find in the automotive industry! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The professional team at this Fountain Tire location provided exceptional service. They were courteous, informative/helpful and very efficient in both time and cost. Customer service here was impressively superior to the service found anywhere else i have experienced (in any industry). Will definitely return and will be directing friends and family to this location.
