As a woman, I occasionally feel patronized when dealing with automotive matters. However, Rick at NAPA Auto Parts provided excellent customer service and was respectful and professional. I purchased a locking gas cap for my new vehicle and the price is unbeatable here! I also asked for advice regarding my spare tire in the bed of my truck, and received a professional answer. I have been a customer of Part Source previously, and have shopped there pretty much based on location NOT excellence in customer service or good prices, but I will now be a loyal and repeat customer to this NAPA store!
