ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER I've been searching for a very specific car and when I found it at Lexa I reached out to them. Ben is sales answered all of my questions and took the time to take some more photos of the car. Once I was satisfied with the visuals I went to Lexa for a test drive. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner. I was given all of the information about the car such as past claims history. NOTHING was hidden and everything was disclosed in a professional manner. Ben was not pushy, rather professional and very polite. It was time to trade in my older version of the same car and make a deal on the newer one I wanted to purchase. I sat down in Tony's office (I believe he is the boss/owner). They gave me a fair trade value for my car and after a bit more $$ off the selling price we were able to make a deal. I was a bit short on the funds to pay for the entire car but Tony worked through this with me. Insurance was there within a few minutes and Ben changed my plates from my old car to the new one. All of the transfer docs and my rights were all explained to me. It was a great experience. While I was there, there were 2 other families with children purchasing cars, and everyone was treated with respect. Needless to say we all kinda felt 'Like Family''. It was a friendly and caring transaction, and I am extremely happy. I checked out Lexa's reviews before doing business with them, and I am extremely happy to give them 5 stars for a job well done! If you are like me and rely on reviews than rest assured that you will be satisfied. Thank you Lexa.
