It was an absolute pleasure getting our new car at National. I really appreciated Bobby being patient and making sure the vehicle we got was exactly what we wanted. He went over and above, was never pushy or trying to sell us anything we didn't want. He even dropped off and picked up the vehicle at our mechanic for an independent inspection without hesitation. He worked with us to get the best rate for financing, and was very flexible with our busy schedules. If you are thinking of getting a car, I would recommend going to see Bobby at National.

Bobby was amazing, from the first phone call to making a plan and executing the plan, even checking up on us a week after we bought the car. We came from Terrace, Bobby Der picked us up from the Sea Bus took us to the dealership, very welcoming and kind. The office was very clean, and staff so friendly. I am so grateful for getting my new to me 2017 Hyundai Accent low kms and a great low price from National Car & Truck Sales & Leasing North Van, i have already told people about this great deal. National Care Sales North Van is amazing! We were so unsure what we wanted, and had contacted so many different dealerships. Bobby and David at National were so helpful and not at all pressuring for us to make a decision. We never once felt like we were being pushed to buy something we didn't want, or feel as though we were getting an unfair deal. Bobby was so open and willing to work around our needs and schedule and went above and beyond to make this sale work for US and meet our needs! Bobby even checked in with us a few weeks after our purchase to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new car, especially first time buyers!
