My experience buying a 2020 Tacoma from Regency Toyota: I came in with the need to upgrade my vehicle and was considering a few options in terms of truck upgrades. When I came in I met Jon Fernando, who was very pleasant to deal with, and I appreciated his upbeat personality. We started talking about what I wanted, the fact I wanted to trade in my Chevy and what I was willing to pay. I was in absolutely no rush to make a purchase, but Jon, Danny and Kam were able to quickly get me numbers for my trade in work out some numbers I was happy with and not even a week later I’m in my new Tacoma! The team there was easy to work with, they were willing to work with me in terms of the deal to get to an agreeable number, Billy in finance was easy to deal with getting credit approval and I couldn’t be happier with the smooth transition of getting me in my truck. I appreciated their eagerness, the timeline at which we got it all done and the bit of laughter we were able to fins along the way. Hopefully they continue to provide the same level of customer support for me moving forward. Thanks Regency!

It is a great dealership. We got our latest car there and got treated very well and honest. No pressure and Peter (our salesman) works for Regency a long time. The only negative thing was that it took quite long to get the deposit back.

I recently purchased a new car (my first in Canada) from Jon Fernando at this dealership, I had a wonderful experience dealing with him, he helped me all the way, very patient and accommodating, he gave me time to think and not pushy at all. All my questions were answered and even gave me advice, i felt comfortable talking to him, i would highly recommend Jon to everyone especially to my friends.
