Our buying experience with Alexandria Camping Center was perfect. We had been in the market to purchase a travel trailer for a while. We had already spoken to several dealers and read good and bad reviews of the dealers in our area. Being from Montreal, Alexandria Camping Center was not one of the first dealers we looked into. Coincidently though, we had friends who had purchased 2 trailers from Alexandria Camping Center and had nothing but glowing reviews on their purchases. So, we read the reviews and we were amazed and how much positive praise came from their previous customers. I gave them a call in January and ended up having a great conversation with Dominic. We then met with the team at the Ottawa RV show and were so blown away with the service that we made our purchase right there on the spot. Since then we have had nothing but excellent service from Gabriel, Claire, the parts department, and the entire team. Even through the complications or the COVID situation we were provided the best service we could have asked for. I cannot say enough good things about the Alexandria Camping Center. You can buy a trailer from anywhere, but you will never receive this level of service, quality, and confidence in your purchase. Thanks to the entire team.

If your looking for a small family owned dealer where everyone makes you feel right at home then look no further. Prices are competitive, the sales team has a “no pressure” client focused approach and the techniciens in the service department are extremely competent. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
