Even though there was a previous issue with my mom's order from an employee that no longer works with the company the issue was resolved by a hard-working individual that was keen on correcting the order to accommodate my mother. We are both please as customers to have purchased a 4'' step for my mother's dodge ram 1500 at a great price 😁. We are definitely going to continue shopping with this company for all our vehicles needs.

Love this place they have what you want and if it's not in store they order it for you I usually get my stuff Within 3 to 4 days and the staff are very friendly and polite I recommend if you need something for your car are truck that's a place to go to I've been going there for the last 10 years and I love it

Purchased in store had to have it ordered. Went well. The guy who helped was friendly and helpful. All good here! Oh best price for what I was looking for as well. Had some issues with the call center when getting an order update. Told me it was going to be 5-6 weeks after the guy in store said ''next week'' threw me for a loop and got me a bit angry, but seems there was a disconnect and the parts arrived on time - all good
