In the middle of covid and I’m on the way to Whitehorse because my friend bet me I couldn’t get there and back in 9 days plus pick up a case of beer only sold in BC. I take the bet and I’m off. I get to Barrie and my rear end is greasy I know my tire is done, I stop at Barrie Harley tell the service guys my story and within minutes they have my bike in and getting a new tire. Amazing service great people to deal with. Thank you so much!!!!!

Good customer service with parts desk and service. Will work with you for what you want(ordering bags and dry fitting to seen if i liked them without a deposit) and no questions ask with warranty issues

I haven't purchased a bike here but I had the pleasure of dealing with Miles in the service department , I have dealt with thousands of people in my life but this guy is by far the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met, he took the time to show me around the shop and helped me with the sale of my bike People like him are what makes the company's succeed , great job !!!!

Jennifer was wonderful. She answered my many questions and was a wealth of knowledge which helped me with my decision making. If we weren't living in the age of covid 19 I would have been able to test drive the road glide vs.the street glide which is the only way my buying experience could have been better.

Best service... more than helpful staff.... very knowledgeable service dept.. Miles and his team always go the extra Mile for all bikers ... lots of good merch to look at and buy ... the only team that i will take my bike too if i need too... bought 2 Harleys from Barrie ... I wont go anyplace else..
