Had a nail in my front tire I called on a Friday morning to see if I could make an appointment for Saturday unfortunately booked solid but the service rep asked if I could bring the bike in and leave it for the day she said they will do their best to have it done and yes they completed it. I'm very pleased with the service rep and the dealership now this is great customer service.

I rented the Harley Fat Bob for a weekend ride. Dawn made the whole process really easy, she was incredibly helpful and polite. I think the rental program is a great way to get to try out a bike for a couple days and make sure you like the way it rides before making the big decision to buy it. Thanks again!

Had a great experience with the service department at Harley Davidson in Oakville . I called to get an appointment to have a tire replaced and to my surprise they had a cancellation and fit me in right away . Dawn was so friendly and efficient from the phone call , check in all the way to pick up of my bike . 10 stars to your service department! I will not go back to my previous dealership ( won’t name names In Mississauga ) Thank you Dawn and to the mechanic who worked on my bike! I will be back to have the work done that the mechanic recommended.

I bought my first Harley at Policaro HD and despite it being some distance away from my home, I really liked my interactions with my ''cycletherapist'' Paul who greatly helped me in choosing the right bike, meeting my needs. I'm enjoying every second of riding my new bike. Nice, big, clean facilities also played a big role in choosing Policaro HD as my dealer.
