I bought a motorcycle from Sean Hearty at Snow City. He was excellent and took good care of me. I would highly recommend him since he was very professional. This was the first time buying a motorcycle from a dealer. In the past I always bought privately. Now I see why people use a full service dealer like Snow City. It is a smart move. I just got my brand-new Honda CB500F as my first bike from Sean Hearty at Snow City. It was a long journey but worth it. When I was first looking around for a bike, I was looking for a Rebel 500 Sean was the first one to call me back the same day as I put emailed them about it. He was able to tell me the what they had, the cost. How it would work. I was still applying for financing at the time and the purchase was over a month away, but Sean had no problem working with me. When I called to come in and put down a deposit on a bike. I had changed my mind to the CB500F. The Rebel was a bit to short and cramped for my 6’ frame. When I came in, I told him I wanted to get the black version. There was only the red on the floor but that was not a problem. Sean found one still in its crate. Unlike a lot of other dealerships, Snow City actually has a lot of stock and selection available. So I put down a deposit to secure it while financing finished coming through the following week. He explained how everything would work. What I would get, plates, what would be needed and next steps. The next week when I came in with the bank draft from my financing, I got to see my bike. I took pictures, Sean went over maintenance and proper use. This being my first bike, He was extra thorough and answered a few other questions for me. The only thing left was to wait on the draft to clear with the bank and get it delivered. Delivery arrangements were fast and easy. As soon as the draft cleared, I called the towing company and we got everything set up. Sean replied via email and the whole arrangement was done within 30 mins. Sean had my documents package sent and took some pictures when the bike was being loaded up the following day. If anyone is looking for a bike I would highly recommend Sean. He’s honest, not pushy and actually cares that you get what you want. He will go the extra mile without you having to ask for it. Nothing about this was hard and for a first time buyer it made all the difference.

I bought my first PWC ever from Snow City, and specifically from Sean Hearty. What an awesome experience. I tend to be a horrible customer, and Sean was so awesome and patient from beginning to end. From our initial contact he was an absolute pro, and got us into what i think is the perfect Jet Ski. Even on delivery, he came in on his day off and took the time to walk me through every part of the machine. Easily the best big purchase buying experience I have ever had. If you are in the market for a Jet Ski, you owe it to yourself to call Sean. We drove in from Burlington, and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Sean will get all my referrals from now on.
