Oh my god. Ended up with a really incorrect bill. Like $500 over. Not sure how they managed but they charged up for 1900km...for a 4hrs rental. On the positive side, after a call and some back and forth emailing, they fixed the error.

The service here is always good and the people that work here are nice but the wait time is often too long. I feel that they are under-staffed and most likely use some kind of antiquated transaction and rental management system that is largely the cause of this. Expect good service but be prepared to wait longer than you'd like.

Made reservations online (confirmed) only to discover that the truck I had reserved was not available. The staff made a larger one available at no extra cost (if you don't count the extra fuel these monsters burn) but I had to wait at least 45 minutes to get served and before the truck was ready. I guess you get what you pay for.

A bit of a wait to get served as they were short staffed . But once I was served. The guy was incredibly helpful. The people that work there are fantastic but have too much work to do. U haul should have more staff!
