Just called to rent a truck last minute: - VERY impressed with the assistance from representative I spoke with - no trucks of what size I required so the employee checked in the system, found what I needed as close as possible - took initiative to ask if additions such as blankets etc were needed - explained prices and breakdown - able to pay by debit simply by making a refundable deposit rather than only credit - checked system regarding storage units and prices in addition Well done to U-haul, at least for this particular employee providing excellent service. Would include name of individual however am not aware of policy particularities regarding individual company representatives. Thank you to the gentleman I spoke with at 8:10 am today at this location!

Very nice calm people Only problem is that they don't take prepaid credit cards or cash so whatever you do make sure you have a known credit card :)

This U-Haul is highly recommended. Professional, friendly, and organized staff members are working at this location. They inspect their truck before/after rental and also clean the truck right after return. Most importantly, staffs do care about their clients satisfaction.
