The greatest customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Richard and the whole team made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into their storeroom. He spent time with me as I had questions on the scooter I was interested in and I never once felt like I was bothering him as I was just buying a scooter and not a motorbike - the previous evening I had gone to Yamaha in Terrebonne and left because their attitude completely changed once I told them I wasn't interested in a motorbike. Richard was patient, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the whole experience so great. I only went there to look at the scooter I was interested in but 2 hours later I drove out of there on my brand new Vino Classic! That was 2 months ago - a few days ago I left my Vino in for its first check up as I've already gone over 950km and Richard actually went out of his way to give me a ride to my concert as he didn't want me to have to walk! I honestly couldn't recommend this place more, I'll be a customer for life. Thank you very much to the whole team for such excellent service! :)

Rented a motorcycle here and everything went smooth. Sad to see this place permanantly closed.
