He helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, from finding the vehicle and arranging the financing to having the vehicle ready a week earlier than was expected. We recently purchased a used Honda from DND, and were very happy with the experience, despite our initial nervousness about not buying from a branded dealership. We prioritized two things in the sale: honesty and willingness to resolve any concerns. In both areas, DND was great. Shawn handled our sales professionally and helpfully; he was very upfront and honest about the condition and history of the car (we verified everything independently with our own mechanic/Carfax). DND was responsive to our concerns, and worked to resolve them (even fixing a couple of things flagged as potential upcoming maintenance on the inspection for us). They offer great value, a willingness to solve potential problems, an eagerness to ensure a positive experience, and after-sales support. We were worried about buying a car from a used car lot; but with their openness and responsiveness, we would definitely go back to DND the next time we're looking for a car.

I recently decided I wanted to look into upgrading and get a new vehicle so I contacted DND AUTO SALES to see what my options were ... within the hour I was contacted by Shawn and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I have anxiety so this was super stressful for but he was so friendly and patient with me that he made it a very stress free experience. Between Shawn helping find me the vehicle and talking me through it and literally walking me through the whole experience right from the first email to me getting in my new focus and driving a way and Edgar in finance helping work out a payment plan that worked with my budget and schedule and helping me actually understand everything in my warranty and the paperwork. My wife and I just financed a 2017 Sante Fe and we are very satisfied with our experience. Sales Manager Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. We never felt any pressure during our experience and I could tell that Michael wanted to help us make the best decision. Dealer Principal Edgar was also very helpful in getting the best financing rate and made sure we were leaving happy with our purchase as promised.
