We are going into our 3rd summer with our Quick Silver toy hauler trailer as Doug's had exactly what we were looking for in a trailer. The owner and other staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and continue to treat us so well as we call with questions. We love how our trailer is built and how it handles on the road. Everyone was friendly and very easy to deal with. Chad answered all our questions and we never felt like we were bothering him. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. The lady that cleaned our trailer is amazing! We purchased pre-owned and she got things clean that I thought couldn't be. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because Tim backtracked on a repair he said would be done. Not a big deal, just keep that in mind when being promised things.
