NAPA AUTOPRO - Champlain Service

Looking for somewhere close to home to fix my windshield wiper not spraying on my company car and found them. Drove over and although they were not sure if they could take my company card for payment, they still took my car in to take a look. Immediately I was impressed with their great attitude. Later they found the hose was unhooked for some reason and they fixed it for free. I was totally fine if they charged me for the time they had to spend on it. Service was first class all the way. Thank you.

Great customer service, honest, reliable, friendly. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Peter and Scott at Napa Auto. They turned a really bad time into a wonderful experience. They'll really take care of you and put you first. They give you a big picture before moving forward with anything and really take the time to communicate effectively. I Will only go back to them from now on.

I've been servicing my vehicles at this shop for 10 years. Peter is honest, reliable and always makes me feel taken care of. I wish more companies offered this kind of service that this shop provides. I used to live in the area and was initially recommended by a BCAA tow truck driver. I now live in North Vancouver and still take both of our cars to Peter. I recommend him to all of our friends and family.

About ten years ago I worked across the street from the shop, my car needed service, and my co-worker told me there was a good guy on the corner. Even though I haven't worked across the street in over 8 years I still take my car to Peter and his team. I know very little about how cars work-but Peter explains what needs to be done now and what we need to watch for in the future. I appreciate his approach and manner.
