I am super happy with the service. Thank you to Chris and the whole team. The whole service was smooth. The car drop-off/pick-up is very convenient and allowed me to get my car repaired during a workday without having to drive. Would recommend.

Amazing service from Chris and his team! Had my car break down on moving day and was in a panic, sent it on a tow truck to Searles and quickly received a call going over the issues, price and what they would do their best to save. Chris even took the time to explain what the broken parts function was in detail. I told them it was no rush but received a call that same day saying it was already fixed! Amazing service and communication, will be my go to for regular service from now on. Thank you all at Searles!

EXPENSIVE ! Brought tires and rims in to be mounted/ balanced and installed on my truck. Chris asked me for the VIN, so as to order the appropriate tire sensors ( TPMS ). The GM dealer sells them for $59. Chris orders sensors from NAPA , which is convenient and right next door to his business. At ''no'' time did I receive a call, prior to mounting the tires, as to the price of the sensors. I go to pay the bill, and only then realize I am charged $122.67 per sensor.....for a grand total of $549.56 for 4 sensors ! The equivalent price of two, top of the line Michelin snow tires ! If I was informed of the exorbitant price of the sensors prior to install, I would have run the snow tires for three months without sensors. I contacted Chris, after paying the bill, and he states that he paid $90 for the sensors from NAPA, and gave me a ''deal'' on the mark up.....22% ! Once burned, twice shy. None the less, I will never return to this establishment again, nor recommend it.
