I am a new rider and bought a used Kawasaki Vulcan 900 as my first bike recently. I took it up to Joe at West End Cycle for a tune up, new tires, general check-up and to order some accessories. Dad has a 2013 honda 500. We called to west end cycle Joe was able to take us right in the day we called. We thought that the stater had went in the quad it was actually the voltage regulator. Great service and prices. Thanks Joe

Took my bike in last Saturday for an safety. Place was busy and the owner was taking the time to make sure everyone was heard and helped! Quick and professional service with a great price. I'm a new biker and Joe took the time to answer my questions and helped eased my mind on my new to me bike. He found a defect and was able to fix it right away and get me back on the road safely. I would highly recommend this place. I drove in from Barrie and it's worth the ride to Caledon for sure!
