Donna was totally professional, passionate and fun overall to purchase a vehicle from, which completely turned around my sour experience from another dealership closer to the city. Tony the GM was great as well in terms of painlessly closing the deal. In regards to support staff they have been excellent to deal with as well. I just had my vehicle promptly returned to me for a pro clean, dropped off by the owner's son the same day. He was very polite and pleasant as well. Nothing but good things to say here, a non hesitation.

Service advisor was knowledgeable and dealership was very clean. All the staff are very friendly. Visit the parts department to pickup some oil and was offer the jobber price to save some money without asking for the discount! Thanks again for all the services! Best experience so far at any dealership!

There is no high pressure — Rex listens to what is important to you and then helps you to make good choices. As for the vehicles — we love them!

My visit at McAlpine Ford was super smooth and easy. The gentleman at the front desk that helped me was extremely friendly and polite. My car had a serious issue and they assured me that they’ll figure out the situation as quick as possible. Happy with their service and will definitely come back!!
