Today was my first time at this dealership. I called Friday afternoon, booked service for first thing today (Monday). Dropped off my car at 8AM, service advisor was very friendly. Shuttle driver was great as well. Had my vehicle repaired (AC condenser needed replacing) by lunch time. Shuttle driver came and picked me up on-time and I had my car back in working order. No fuss, no hassle. Great experience, especially during COVID19. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a tire issue in my 2020 Honda CRV. I showed up at 4:55 without an appointment. They had my tire plugged and I was on my way by 5:20! Great friendly service!

Luu at Honda house was amazing to me. I work in Chatham but live in Windsor and he made the whole process very quick and easy. He found me amazing financing and got me out of a car I hate and into one I love!
