First couple times coming here for minor car repairs went great! Brought my truck in a while later and had some problems with pricing and communication but management reached out to me quickly and more than made up for the mistakes! The man in charge of customer service did an amazing job!

First time utilizing the Salmon Arm location and I must say I was impressed. They were extremely busy for this time of year. A member of my family had an incident, destroying a new front tire and a rim that looked unusable. As busy as they were, the customer rep was very friendly and accommodating. He located the same brand of tire in stock. To my surprise, the rim was deemed safe use, just badly scarred up. 3 hours later the tire was ready for pick up. The price was right too. Thank you Kal Tire

I have bought a few sets of tires from Kal Tire in Salmon Arm and have had outstanding service every time. Most recently Marshal went above and beyond to find me a set of rims to suit my truck. Blair has also always been amazing to work with. It’s a great team at this location.
