Kudos to Chris Antonio. He's an awesome and wonderful service advisor. He's very knowledgeable and always being helpful. He always go extra miles to help us when we told him about our car. Besides all these, he was approachable and friendly. During this service, he asked us for permission if we want appraisal for our car. The value turned out excellent and he advised us to think over it before we commit. He added that we take our time and do not rush into action. Very happy with the recent services I got from T&T Honda late last week when the weather was not very good. Thankful for facilitating the appointment for me by providing valet services and including in the service for recall, the re-torque of the wheels too. I am grateful that I didn't have to go out in such bad weather and wait for hours somewhere. I appreciate T&T Honda for making it easier and safe for me by not driving out on bad road condition and poor visibility, and with the pandemic very much going on around us. Excellent job to everyone from setting up and scheduling the car service appointment, pick up time, providing information and updates, completion of job and delivery back! Special mention to Henry, Sandra, Greg, Helen, the technicians and if there's anybody else I missed. You guys rock! Keep up the great job!!! Keep safe and stay well, healthy and strong too! Above and Beyond Exceptional customer service from Sales, Finance, Management, and Delivery! I wanted to especially mention Jenise Nguyen, the Finance Manager who went out of her way to assist me, answer all my questions, and made my trade-in experience smooth and comfortable. I have never encountered such a superb service and I am definitely going to continue doing business with T&T Honda because of her and will pass on the recommendation to everyone I know!
