We were in the market for a 2021 Silverado and were having trouble finding the right one due to the truck shortage. Bill Spencer Chevrolet came highly recommended from a friend and although the dealership is about 1.5hrs away for us, we decided to reach out. We dealt with Julian who not only immediately found us the truck we were looking for but gave us a better price and offered us a fair amount MORE for our trade in vehicle than other dealerships. We dealt with Julian initially over the phone via texts and phone calls and within in an hour we had put a deposit on our truck. Julian was responsive, prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was also considerate, caring and just all around genuine. Julian advised that the truck would arrive at the dealership in 10 days. Sure enough the truck arrived as planned. Julian kept us updated along the way and we made the trip down. When we got to Bill Spencer, our shiny new truck was parked outside the front doors, looking immaculate! Julian walked us through the paperwork process - which was a breeze - and gave us a tour of the truck. He even snapped a pic of us with a SOLD sign and saw us off! Our experience with Bill Spencer was top notch and not only will we recommend the dealership and Julian to friends and family but we are just overall thrilled with our brand new ride! Thanks guys :)P

This is the best Chevrolet dealer in Ontario. Wasted days of my time dealing with other locations. Dylan went out of his way to get me all the possible discounts without spending countless hours going back and forth. I had to drive out from Toronto to get my truck, and I'd happily do it again. 11/10.

This dealership went above and beyond to get me my new truck. They drove the truck through 3 hours of traffic to get it to my house, then drove my vehicle trade in back. I've never had such a smooth transaction through a dealership before. The communication between the sales rep and I was great. I highly recommend dealing with this dealership, and my sales rep Curtis.

Superb customer experience. Can't say enough good things about Spencer Chev. Sales Manager Sean Lawlor handled the purchase of my 2021 Corvette. His communication was excellent. Any time I email or called to ask a question his replies were timely and very accommodating. No games played by this dealership. Totally transparent throughout the process. Total thumbs up from me!!!
