Recently purchased a truck from Thomas Buick GMC. The process was simple, quick and entirely trouble free. Called the dealer after finding the truck on Kijiji, spoke to Gary over the phone and as he quickly answered any and all questions I had about the truck, he followed up every answer he provided with pictures taken right than and there. It was refreshing to deal with someone knowledgeable on the vehicles they are selling and have all the information on hand. I also worked with Debbie in financing and again a stress free easy going process. Despite being very busy everything was handled extremely quickly and efficiently. Gary and Debbie thanks again for all the help. I will be back and highly recommend this dealership.

My parents purchased vehicles from Thomas Buick and highly recommended Rob Nicholas to me when I was searching for a new vehicle. I recently bought my first brand new Terrain from Rob and he made the process effortless for me. I can see why my parents recommended him. Saying that he is great, is an understatement. Originally Thomas Buick GMC and Rob Nicholas were recommended to me by my parents. Them, as well as my grandfather had purchased vehicles from Rob in the past and had nothing but good things to say. Well I just received my second vehicle from Rob and I have to agree. He worked with what I said I wanted, found me a truck I’m loving and with the help of the Thomas Buick GMC team made my end of lease transfer easy and painless. It doesn’t just stop at sales, I’ve had oil changes and tires swapped in the service department with fast and friendly service every time. The dealership has done a great job working through these weird COVID times to make an easy, enjoyable and safe experience.
