I bought a Harley Davidson 2018 Ultra Limited, my second purchase at Blackbridge, just before Xmas. Very impressed with everyone I dealt with. Eric and Spencer were great at answering all my questions and making sure everything went smoothly. The service technicians were very knowledgeable and took great care of my motorcycle. I wanted some upgrades and the parts guys were very helpful. I also wanted to give a special thank you to Treena Nauman ,the Service Manager, I can't say enough about her professionalism, honesty and she genuinely makes the whole process a pleasant one. I highly recommend Blackbridge Harley-Davidson to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle, looking for parts or in need of service.

Couple weeks ago I bought a shock spanner and met Browner. I asked a bunch of questions about cams since he's swapped out stock for S&S. He was way more patient than I would have been which I noticed and appreciated. It was good to speak to somebody who not only had the info but put the parts into his own bikes. Then last week I adjusted a third party clutch cable for the last time. Never liked this cable. Phoned and ordered from Frances. She warned me that there was no longer a Canadian Depot and that I'd be waiting likely a week and a half. I got lucky and didn't even wait a week before being notified. She was really enthusiastic and personable. She asked whether I was the original owner of the bike to which she then replied ...Good then you know whether those bars are stock. See size matters! Can't think of a thing to improve upon my recent visits. Everything was already top notch.
