Waterloo Honda was amazing to deal with, Kim was my sales rep and knew exactly the car I needed. Everything from start to finish was made easy by the whole team. Kim is friendly and very knowledgeable and makes you feel no pressure, I cant say a bad thing about my experience and will definitely deal with Kim in the future. Our experience with Waterloo Honda was excellent. Greg was great to deal with. He was not a pushy salesman and seemed very knowledgeable. He is genuinely interested in helping us instead of just making a sale. We were also able to agree on a fair price. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Just bought a 2013 Honda Accord from these amazing people. Gregg Higgins looked after us and he was exceptional. Gregg really knows his stuff and we feel he went above and beyond so that we would be extremely happy with our purchase. I am happy to say I’ve had the best experience at Waterloo Honda, my sales Rep was amazing and left me stress free. As a female sometimes you feel pressured.. Greg Higgens made me feel like an equal. I left with confidence and very happy with my choice. The staff right from the front door, sales, and right through to finance were all amazing..
