I ordered two new tires from Tractorland in Calgary because my local Kubota dealer said stock might take two weeks to arrive locally. I paid more than my local dealer price and also shipping. I was impressed that the tires showed up very quickly. After installing the tires I noticed they sent me two left directional tires. Rather than returning the wrong tire I suggested they pay to have the tire flipped around at my local tire shop to get the tread correct for the right side, they refused. We're talking about $15. I politely said that's fine but felt it was unprofessional and warrented this poor review. It was their mistake after all. I am a business man and understand mistakes happen but in my business I make it right! I can see from the reply below that my poor experience was not acceptable to the owner, now that's good business. Just to follow up, the owner personally called and refunded me my cost immediately. I'd have no hesitation working with this company in the future despite this little hiccup. A Reid

We have a lot of Kubota equipment that makes up more than 60% of our fleet. Not only do we like the Kubota products, what really makes them good is the stellar customer service. The service desk (Brittany Larush) has proven they have our back when it comes to making sure our service is done quick. They have our back when dealing with warranty, and making sure we are not paying for things we don't have to. And the service tech (Marc Elford) is simply one of the best. 10/10 would (and do) recommend.

We have had such a great experience with Tractorland Kubota. Derek helped us find the perfect machine for our new acreage. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different tractors and the attachments available. Even after a few months of having the tractor, whenever we reach out with a question Derek and his team are always extremely helpful. We would recommend anyone looking for a tractor to come here!

We purchased an L3301 tractor from Derek Bell at the Calgary North Tractorland. This is our first tractor purchase and Derek was awesome to work with. He answered all our questions and was extremely helpful on choosing the proper implements and then delivery went without a hitch. The home we were building was delayed by months and Tractorland ended up storing our purchase for 8 months without charging us any additional money.
