I was looking for a 2019 low mileage XT5 and Daniel at Budd's found the perfect car within about a week. The car was put through their certification process and was fully detailed, looking like a brand new vehicle. Totally happy with the car and the service!

The service is outstanding, the staff is wonderful and has been more then respectful and understanding. I am a residence of the town of Milton and will not go to my local Cadillac as they have shown zero professionalism. I would like to specifically thank the service manger Shane for his expertise on getting the service done on my Cadillac! If it wasn’t for the team at Budd’s I would have sold my Cadillac, thank you. I am more then happy!

I was in the dealership today inquiring about a new Silverado. Customer service here has always been great. They are very helpful and willing to take the time to show me what I need to see. I was also very happy to see that they had a pick up truck in the show room supporting the Oakville Fire Department toy drive for Christmas. The Budd’s family always seems to be so supportive of our local community and fire department. 🚒❤️👍

Best service experience I've ever had at a dealer, and I've owned many European and Domestic luxury cars in the past. I currently have an older (2001) Cadillac, which I've kept far longer than I ever intended, and Budd's jumped right in to fix my car, when several other local shops turned it away due to complexity and vehicle age. The car was not driveable, and required a tow from CAA. Right away, Budd's did an incredible job diagnosing a very difficult and elusive electrical problem, and finding the correct solution. I was kept informed of each step along the way, and the process was fully transparent. Truly an honest, reasonable, and hard working shop, which treats its clients fairly and with respect. A huge thanks to Jim, and the entire service team that got my car back on the road. I look forward to my next (non-emergency!) service visit with you, and will make you my first stop when the time comes for a new (or CPO) Cadillac.

Our family recently purchased a vehicle from Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC on the South Service Road. We haven't purchased many cars in our lifetime, but I can tell you it is one of my least favourite things to do. Our experience with Chris Cheevers at Budds' was much better than I expected. Chris was a no pressure sales person with a drive to get us into the vehicle we wanted. The refreshing part was that there was none of that fake pomp and circumstance that you would normally encounter at dealerships. You know the feeling where you're left thinking that you got the wool pulled over your eyes. Both my wife and I agreed that we felt we got great value and genuine service from Chris. When the car was delivered, Chris spent the time with us going through everything and encouraged us to contact him should we come across something we don't understand. Just today we got a follow up email from Chris asking how were doing and his offer to help should anything come up. Again, a sign of continued support even after we've driven away. I would highly recommend Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC and look for Chris and he'll give you the same straight up approach. Happy car hunting
