Jon Gold was fantastic and delivered all our requirements and expectations. After an initial bad sale deal in a weeks time getting a Raptor certified F150 used truck with only basic features without even basic GPS navigation. We had to call back Freedom Ford for an upgrade. Luckily Jon Gold was on hand to attend to us and we succeeded in a trade in deal for a brand new 2019 Raptor F150 with all necessary features that met our expectations and at a reasonable cost in terms of value for money. Just bought my very first car at Freedom Ford and it still surprises me how smooth and quick the transaction was. I had a great experience thanks to Jon Gold, he was patient and always made sure that I was happy with everything about the car. I am thankful but also sorry for him going back and forth just to make sure my requests were granted. I really appreciated the effort. Very patient amazing team with the manager finance and sales reps. Provided great and helpful information about the sales and purchase numbers. Easy to understand. Didn’t push and put pressure on the customer like most dealerships. Greatly appreciated when a team member from freedom ford would check up on you before and after the purchase see how you are doing and with your new wheels ! They made the impossible happen ! Very impressed with the professionalism respectfulness and kindness showed by the team at FREEDOM FORD in Edmonton Alberta ! I bought a car from Freedom Ford in January 2021. When I went to change my winter tires, we found that the factory Lug nuts were not there, just the ugly ones for the winter rims. Contacted Freedom Ford and they ordered new factory ones for me at no cost to me! Their continued service extends to after sales. I am so impressed! Highly recommend!

He was efficient and was able to answer all of my questions. He dedicated his time to help me find the perfect SUV that was suitable for me and my budget.
