My wife and I were travelling through Montreal last week on our way to Atlantic Canada when we hit a pothole in the underground tunnel. The impact of hitting the hole damaged the tire rods and needless to say we were panicking. Our GPS identified Nadeau Mecanique et Pneus as the closest automotive service centre, so we prayed that they were open and can diagnose the problem Upon arrival we frantically entered the lobby and asked the gentleman if he would kindly take a look at our vehicle. Not only did he come out and look at our car, he immediately put it up on the hoist. The gentleman was very empathetic, friendly and reassuring with us and he instantly made us feel better. He identified the problem right away and calmingly assured us that the problem was easily fixable. The most impressive aspect of this experience was only open for another hour and yet they still were willing to service our vehicle. They could have simply referred us elsewhere. But they realized we had a schedule to keep and still had a long trip ahead of us. No questions asked, their service was world class and they had us on the road less than an hour later. This staff of Nadeau Mecanique et Pneus are highly professional, responsive and fast. My wife and I were overwhelmed by their generosity and exceptional service for the balance of our journey. I would recommend them to anyone in the Montreal Area because enterprises who deliver high levels of customer service seem so far and few between these days.
