Brought my car in for the first time to Falls Chev. Needed an oil change and brakes looked at. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and attentive, even though I could tell they were very busy. The service manager Anthony was right in the thick of it with the rest of them, which was great to see! Anthony called twice to update me, and was honest with me about what my car needed. When I came to get my car I was taken care of quickly. Very happy with my first experience there!

This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Worked with Keith in used car department. Great deal, great car. I am very happy. Would buy there again even though I live 80 miles away. They offer great cars new and used, and deals to go with it.

An easy perfect score, Unbelievable service! Thanks for fixing me up and helping me out Falls Chev! I cannot say enough positive things- the superb care, honesty and flat out gong the extra mile from the service staff member, Cadence was unbelievable. She took care of me every step of the way and continuously went above and beyond for me. She was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks for being awesome! The shuttle service was also amazing and the great work done by mechanics in the shop is an example of true professionalism. Thank you! All of your efforts were extraordinary. The service Falls Chev provides is an example of A+++ customer service. This organization really knows how to work together to offer customers the absolute best service in a very friendly environment.

Couldn't ask for a nicer, friendlier, mire knowledgeable group of people! Right from the opening phone call to our meeting with the salesperson and then to the business manager. All 3 of these great people helped my wife and myself to what has become a super experience. 3 brand new trucks in 4 years is a good indication of their dedication to customer service.
