Central Auto Niagara was an amazing experience! This was unlike any other car buying experience I have had in the past, from either buying new or used. Laid back atmosphere and they are not in your face pushing you to buy immediately. Jon was an incredible, professional product specialist that I would highly recommend if you are visiting Central for your new ride. Angie on the financing side was great, she made you feel comfortable. Very professional and worked hard to get us the most she could within our budget. A must go to dealership!

To anyone who is looking to buy a car, this is the place to go! In 2011 I came here with my parents to pick out the car I want with the AMAZING customer service from the salesman Peter. Today March 30th 2021, I came into Central Auto and I bought my first car with the same amazing help from Peter. The team at Central Auto is professional and so easy to work with. Angie (Financial Service Manager) was so great to work with, she took the time to help me understand the whole process as first time car buyer. So if you are looking to buy a vehicle from a hackle free staff and get the car YOU ACTUALLY want with NO pressure! THIS IS THE PLACE! It was my first time at Central Auto Niagara, and I loved every minute of my first experience, the team is so friendly and welcoming (also I was allowed to bring my dog in with me which was also super cool! Overall, Jon was amazing super nice always made conversation, and even came on his day off so I could pick up my car earlier. I’m a very happy customer and will be returning for sure 😇

For the first time, we had a surprisingly positive experience in purchasing a car. When we first met Attila, our sales representative, we found him to be a very personable and knowledgeable individual, who made us feel relaxed and comfortable in our discussions. In addition to Attila, we met Angela, the sales manager, who also listened to our questions and concerns and respected what we had to say. She was open and up-front with us and negotiations went smoothly and amicably. Last but not least was their business manager, Krista, also a knowledgeable and pleasant person who explained all the financing arrangements clearly and in detail to our satisfaction. there was never any pressure or ''hard sell'' at any stage of the negotiations. if you're looking for a ''newer'' car, we strongly recommend Central Auto Niagara. It's the way buying a car should be done.
