Just looking excellent customer service not pushy will go back again

A couple of weeks ago I called the dealership to advise my windshield wipers weren't working properly...I was told I could drop by without an appointment. I dropped by a couple of days later and Christian promptly checked out my wipers and fixed the issue immediately....I really appreciated that. I was there for only 5 minutes and they were very busy! Staff at this dealership are great!!

I would like to share me experience of my recent fix. My car's battery drained when outside temp drop to -40 this winter(2021). When I tried to open the hood for a jump start, the hood latch cable was broken. Can't imagine anything worse than that. My car is still under 3-year warrenty so I gave a call to Subaru of Saskatoon. The service people recommend me to call Subaru 360 CARE to arrange a tow truck. The lady at 360 CARE is patient and nice, the tow truck came within 15 mins. When the truck left my home, it was alread 5:00pm, which is aleady after the service hour. I called the sales and they helped me to receive the car so that I don't have to have a friend sending me there at 5:30 pm. Fixing is not ''fast'', because they need a specialist from Subaru's part shop to open my hood with a special tool. It also takes a week to order and install the new hood latch cable. But the service guy is alwasy patient to answer my phone call and report the progress to me. My hood latch cable is well fixed and it's working smoothly now, and I got a free car wash! Thank you for all your hard work and patience with customer.

People here are very kind, helpful and very straightforward to deal with. No hassles, transaction is very easy and comfortable. Quy and Shirley and everyone include the crews in the shop are very nice people. This is the best dealership in Saskatoon!
