I always receive great service from the team here. I was given great advice on numerous occasions. I purchased my bike in 2020 and have really appreciated the free warranty tune-ups throughout the first year.

I recently bought a Trek Rosco 7 at The Bike Doctor and was thoroughly impressed by how well the staff treated me as well as, the other customers in the store. I was also impressed by the safety precautions that are in place to help prevent the spread of the Covid virus. I bought my bike online and picked up at the store the next day... upon collecting it, the staff member explained the various mechanisms on the bike as well as, actively listened to all of my questions. I was very much impressed with their competitive and fair pricing of not just the bicycle I purchased but other merchandise in the store. Thank you very much Bike Doctor!

Bike Doctor is great. Having a team with service and knowledge like their in our city is so awesome. I owe Gerald a fortune for the amount of time he has spent talking shop and discussing bikes with me. Reid has also been awesome for me in the past. They've always treated me fair and have never pushed me to anything I wasn't already begging to be pushed toward. Whatever your in the market for, you can trust the team at the Bike Doctor to provide you with the best bang for your buck!

We purchased two bikes and numerous accessories from Bike Doctor. The staff member Alex went above and beyond to help us select the bikes we needed. He was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions we had, and updated us on the status of our order. He even phoned us letting us know when one bike was assembled, and the other one was still on the way. When both bikes were ready to pick up, Alex took the time to get us set-up, adjust our saddles and handles, explained the basics for someone like us who haven't biked for about 10 years. That really eased our minds. Can't say how appreciative we are of his services. What's more impressive is that he even helped us load the bikes into the truck, to make sure everything was secure. We are so amazed by Alex's services, and of course the entire Bike Doctor team as well. Absolutely would recommend to family members and friends. We love the community and as Alex said, we always want ''N+1'' bikes, where N is our current number, so we will for sure go back. Thank you Alex! Thank you Bike Doctor!
