I had a pleasant experience at Markham Acura thanks to Daniel Sun who was very helpful and made the whole process easy and comfortable. He also followed up with me after a few weeks of purchase, making sure that the car runs smoothly. When I told him about some issues with the car, he arranged an appointment to fix the car and also set up a loaner car for us. Friendly staff - great service - clean - only reason deducted one star is because they let go of the car I put the deposit for to someone who was ready to pay cash down when my financing was gone for approval. But I got another deal instead but ethically it was wrong.

I recently picked up a brand new 2020 Acura RDX at Markham Acura, shortly after test driving with Nima Mohseni, and dealing with Andy Qiu the sales manager I have to say that the experience was great and painless. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions and made sure that I was happy with my sales experience. Boan in after sales was great as well at explaining the lease coverage details. Great experience overall!! I would highly recommend this dealership and the entire staff!!

I gotta say, the purchase experience from Markham Acura has been a pleasant one compared to other dealerships. Mo and Jessie were both great to deal with, I felt they really worked with us to get us a good price for our trade-ins and a good deal for our new car. It's not often I give praise to a dealership, but in this case I was very impressed. Shout out to Sam as well for assisting us in the process. The teamwork shown by the staff is fantastic.
