I just recently got a 2018 Elantra from Les at this dealership and so far I love the car! It was an even greater experience getting it I felt excited and Les made it super easy and comfortable going through the paperwork. I know it's only out of 5 stars but I give 10/10 for them.

Worth the drive from Scarborough to Port Hope– Excellent service When I purchased my vehicle 3 years ago I had the pleasure of dealing with Derek. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient. Dealing with Yvonne was an absolute joy and she handled my purchase with efficiency. To name individuals from the service department would be unfair since teamwork is evident and everyone is extremely profession, courteous and friendly. I have had a wonderful customer experience when dealing with Lauria Hyundai. They obviously strive for customer satisfaction and value their customer relationships. During this pandemic and the current renovations, all Covid safety measure have been put into place without any compromise to the service that they provide. I would not hesitate recommending this family owned dealership .

My wife bought her last car from Gabe Sanint here at Lauria and remains very pleased with the vehicle, service and respect shown by everyone at Lauria Hyundai. When I told Gabe that I needed a new (to me) vehicle, he very quickly found a great car, not too old, with low kilometres - exactly what I was looking for. Best experience buying a car ever! Derek Etcher was amazing. He goes above and beyond for each customer. He was able to work with my budget and get me what I wanted, all with a smile. I'm so pleased with my Tuscon. Derek has all my business in the future. It's so nice to go to a dealership...even under renovation..and have someone who knows about the vehicles and how each one performs. No loud music to have to talk over...no need for the sales team to go to the repair dept to get answers to my questions. He knew the answers already because he actually knows about the vehicles. I drove almost an hour to deal with Derek. I'll go to Lauria each and every time just to deal with Derek.
