Carter Armstrong responded to my interest in a 2013 Matrix that I found on Marketplace. He answered my MANY daily questions in a timely manner for a week before I made the drive from Saskatoon to buy the car. He was knowledgeable but didn’t pretend to know it all, and found answers quickly when necessary. He was polite and patient and made the whole process of buying this car easy. He went above and beyond with customer service and I would recommend asking for him if you want a new car (or used car!).

My wife and I bought a new Ford f150 at capital. We had a great experience with Sara and Jeff, always a pleasure to deal with the both of them. Always helpful, always have the answers to your questions. Would go back to see Sara any time. Helped daughter in law purchase a vehicle from there. Them besides one other dealer had the color she had her heart set on. Everything went great and the sales person was very professional . However when we were dealing on the costs they had a option called Glass Etching for a added cost of $599. Look it up and for the most part is called a scam that only benefits the dealers. I asked if we could decline it as that's what SGI and package policies are for. I was told that they register and do all their new and used vehicles with it and pass it on to the purchaser. I asked a couple times about it and was given the same answer. When I read about it it says that no dealer can make you purchase it. But not the case with this dealer I guess. Very disappointed that they can make someone purchase something they don't want. Not only that the vehicle is financed over 84 months and with interest now drives the cost up on something we consider a money grab. I have purchased 4 vehicles since 2015 and am so glad that non were from Capital and never will I set a foot in their dealership for anything. I will also let anyone I know about this money grab they have. I called others dealers and none of them offered to me and a couple told me was a waste of money. So beware and save yourself $599 to start by visiting another Ford dealer unless you figure you need that extra security. Such a bogus money grab by Capital Ford
