First time dealing with good fellow auto and the experience was a good one. Great customer service and great sales team. Picked a vehicle over the phone and did most of the paper work on pick up since I live out of the area very flexible, and knowledgeable. Ended up purchasing a 2017 Ford Escape titanium and I love it. Have to give a big shout out to Alan for being so professional and helping me through purchasing this vehicle. On my way home from picking it up I noticed a shake coming from the front called them and they got me right back in to check it out and replaced what was causing the issue within minutes. Service department listens and appreciates your concerns and doesn’t just turn you away. Over all great place to buy a car and I will be back to purchase another thanks guys!
