Amazing service!!! We bought a new Odyssey from Westwood Honda and their service is way beyond our expectations!! We bought a protection package from them for protecting the leather seat but we found out there’s some Greyish marks all over the leather seat on day 2 and we brought the vehicle back to the dealership right away! At first, they were shocked by seeing all the greyish marks all over the car but then they took reaction right away! Since we are not living close by the dealership, once they have booked for a second detailing service, they rented us a car to drive home right away. They have asked the shop to have our vehicle detailing right away and they managed to get our vehicle back to us within 2 days! Great service, I highly recommend Westwood Honda!!! We really appreciate your amazing customer service!!

Hi I am very happy with the purchase of my new 2021 Honda Civic. I asked Franklin if he could take in my company courtesy car on trade for a lease on a new vehicle. I told him my budget and he found me the vehicle that fit my budget. I didn't expect much because of my budget but he got me into a beautiful Black Civic with many features I thought weren't possible for what I was able to pay. Thank you very much. Not once did I feel an ounce of pressure from him for the sale. I felt completely confident in my choice from the start with his information and honesty from the start. When I decided to proceed the finance representative Mark was incredible and made the whole process painless with a great interest rate too to finance. Carmen processed my insurance right at the dealership for a quick and painless transaction so I could drive my new vehicle right off the lot that day!
