I am really enjoying my L8F Electric Scooter! I use it to commute about 8 km each way along bike paths. It holds a charge very well and I've been able to go about 25 KM before recharging. Pretty good! I bought the scooter from Riad and Yousef (the two sales people who helped me). They were friendly and answered all my questions. I have not needed any service on it but if I did I feel confident that they would provide it from their shop in Ottawa. If you are considering an electric scooter I highly recommend this one.

I mean, there are some serious design flaws with the l8f that rend it totally incapable of going anywhere near water, but the scooter itself is wonderful, fast, enjoyable, and stylish; the customer service is top notch. If you have some time i definitely recommend sealing both the front and back plastic plugs with some form of gasket sealant. also adding sealing washers to all the hardware on the lower chassis is a good idea. pros: good service, smooth ride, long charge, fast (30km/h) cons: stay away from water

I bought my inMotion L9 scooter from Inmotion Canada and dealt with Ray. Service was great and very friendly. He opened the box to show me the scooter and it was very well packed no damage. My battery charger had the European adapter, so I called Ray and he exchanged it the same day no questions. I really love the L9, it's built strong, very comfortable platform. So far I've used it 3 times for about 1.5 hours each outing and the battery is keeping it's charge. That scooter is really fast and so much fun. I'm going to enjoy it over this summer.

Amazing customer service!!! I contacted Inmotion Canada with a couple questions regarding cold temperature performance of the V8/ Solowheel Glide 3, and the response was almost instant! Have not received my wheel yet, but I know what to expect, and am looking forward to it! Thanks again Inmotion! One of my favorite EUC companies so far!! Totally Recommend!!!

Riad was very helpful during the whole process. He offered to come meet me near my house so that I could try the scooter, and explained how everything worked in detail. After I ordered mine and there were delays with the shipping, I got an email apologizing and got offered a free gift! When the shipment arrived in Montreal, he went there himself to pick up the shipment because he didn’t want his customers to wait any longer. Amazing service and amazing product! Highly recommended!
