This weekend i got to work with a hard working, caring, and intelligent woman, Lianna. She is AMAZING at her job, you feel she genuinely cares about you and getting you the best price on a car you want! 5 Star just on service alone. I recommend if you are looking for a car to have 1 meeting with her.....will change your car life.

Had a great experience at this location.. Lianna is a great sales lady. Always smiling, very friendly, very funny lady. You can tell she is dedicated to her work, If I ever hear of anyone looking for a new car, I would most definitely recommend Lianna! There was such a positive vibe in the office, everyone working there that I saw, were so upbeat and friendly.

My experience with this branch was a process. After my car was damaged in hail, I visited the 17th ave house of cars to help me finance my first vehicle. Lianna was sooooo helpful, she got me into my dream car (Audi Q5). She searched high and low to find the exact Model that I wanted. About two months later I realized the car was toooo small for me and my family. I went back in to see Lianna, and she helped me to get a bigger vehicle (Acura MDX, my second dream car). And I LOVE this vehicle and the experience was amazing. One thing I love about Lianna is that she takes the time to help you find actually what you need. And she’s honest and straight forward. She looks for solutions, I would highly her.

Update: I am really happy with Lianna and HoC in Forest Lawn. She just helped me get an even better rate in a great vehicle. She works really hard for her customers, and she really takes the time to explain what's going on with the financing process, which I really appreciate. I am really happy to recommend Lianna to anyone looking for a used car! Omg. Lianna was amazing - she got me exactly the car I wanted for an amazing deal. It was honestly more than I expected after I lost my previous car in a flood. She got me an amazing rate, and a beautiful car. She's so knowledgeable about her business, and fast! What a lifesaver!
